EDIT: Yes, I realize it isn't that hard to get it (15 hours as medic cumulative, 20 kills in a round), but i'm just really really happy :)

Ive got that :)

Try and get the Expert Heal, pretty damn hard to get, 25 heals in a round with 750 heals overall. And I have it!!

Nice Job anyway.

I wasn't even trying to get this though. I was so pissed off that this twat on the other team took my lead by like, 10 points, and started trying to piggy back up points with heals. Then, I spawn on my squadleader, see an apc stop right infront of me, bark into my mic "WE GOT AN APC AT HOTEL!" and see 5 guys pile out of the APC. Couple of my squadies get 1 or 2 as they go down, and I just unload my AK101 on them. It was so satisfying dude. This is basically how it went.

Then I ran out of ammo and the apc blasted me and I got so pissed off (was scared that i'd start dying like a pack of fleas and go down to bronze), but then suddenly I heard the drumroll and I was like "wtf, i'm a LONG way away from my promotion".

Then I saw this funny looking silver/red badge pop out of my minimap, and the text CONGRATULATOINS BLA BLA BLA pop onto my screen.

I just went "YEHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!" and started messaging Holywtf like crazy.

Oh, and I want to play with you some time JeepDriver. What's your xfire handle?

You can never get tired of the drumroll. There's something about the way the awards/promos slide out from the map and the drumroll that I find extremely satisfying and rewarding. Anyone else like that? I mean after you get anything you just spend the rest of the round happy for getting something.
 
Indeed! Talking of veteran badges, i have my Anti-tank and Spec-Ops already, and got veteran sniper 2 nights ago, so pretty good. In fact i just need the 20 kills on assault to have my fourth veteran badge, only have 8000 global points though :)

Exactly :)

Same way with gold medals too. I get them so rarely that if I get a gold, or even a silver, I could care less how good I do the next few rounds.

But i'm pretty stoked. Half way through to my Expert Medic Combat badge. Only need 50 more hours cumulative, which shouldn't be too hard :D

EDIT: And only four more hours for vet AT :D
 
20 kills on any map is easy :|
 
I wish they'd remove the hours and just add onto the skill requirements instead :|

I agree, i can't play a game for some of the hours they ask. 500 hours is never going to happen for me, i like the game but i have a life as well to live!
