Breen and Local Teleportation

Firstly, for all those people still saying the Combine were on Xen, why would they be looking for local teleportation? Xen is really the reason why there is teleportation.
And...the Combine are looking for local teleportation on earth, as it is the only thing that we have and they dont. Otherwise, as Mossman said, they had to use local transportation. If Breen was the Admin for the whole Black Mesa complex, wouldnt he know about teleportation, or at least know the basics (Using Xen as a borderworld, etc). And if so, why isnt he pouring out his secrets to the Combine?
Theres something going on there.

I completely agree. Some people still don't know that the Combine were not on Xen even though this was confirmed by Laidlaw (Look on Wikipedia and it will give you information confirmed by Laidlaw saying this along with links to this information).

I don't believe in Combine on Xen, but suppose the Combine controlled Xen, but could only teleport with Nihilanth's powers?

Breen was an admin guy, he would have very little knowledge of the details of local teleport. He knows of Xen, but that's about it.

But as seen in Blue Shift BM staff left a ton of teleport equipment on Xen as well as the Xenians having some apparently fixed teleports in HL1.

I'm having some kind of dejavu here.

As I explained in some other thread, Nihilanth could have been the 'server' for Xenian teleportation. And the Combine may not have been able to reverse-engineer BM technology.

The only reason I don't believe in Combine on Xen is, it gets too complicated (no Citadels, gunships, or Combine metal on Xen).

I'm sure with their own knowledge of inter-dimensional teleports and the fact that they have adapted other earth technology for their own uses then the Combine could have reverse-engineered BM teleport equipment.

Also I'm of the opinion that the Nihilanth was created by the Controllers to allow more/bigger/better portals or whatever and that he wasn't actually needed in order for other random teleport tech of theirs to work.
