Do the ones on non portal walls count as cameras you have to destroy? If they do, how do i get them down?

You might be able to use energy balls on them, I don't know though.

And I'm pretty sure they don't count.

They don't count. All of the cameras you can destroy are either entirely on concrete walls or close enough to the edge of a concrete wall (...19?) that you can still take 'em off.

One of the reasons I find this challenge hard is because you have to play through all the test chambers, and sometimes I forget why I'm playing!
