I suggest you to :
1. Find another model that seems lit or
2. Put an env_lightglow in front of the light model.

Also, as usual, make sure there is no leak in your level (it can cause the models to be lit incorrectly), put env_cubemaps where the light environments are different and... change the texture tiling on the wall and ceiling, it looks horrible :p
