Cant get onto any of my steam games

this has been happening to me for a while now and it is a pain. I cant get onto my games on steam. When I click on it, it comes up the loading thing like when it says preparing to launch Garry's mod or whatever. But when the box disapears, it doesnt bring me onto the game. Can somebody please help me.

Can somebody just close this thread. It was an accident putting it here. I had to re do it over at the steam bit. So can someone just lock it.
