Can't turn the cheats off

Hi, i used one cheat to get trough place i was stuck, but now the cheat wont turn off! It's really booring when you cant die. I tried to type in ''SV_Cheat 0'' but it says its invalid! What should i do?

Also if for example you use the "god" cheat you have to type "god" again to fully disable it. Setting "sv_cheats 0" doesn't disable all running cheats.

Do i have to do anything else then using ''SV_Cheats 0'' to disable the Buddha cheat?

Yes; as with god mode, you must retype "buddha" to turn buddha mode off.

Basically, if you turn any cheat on, you have to retype it to turn it off, as said before.

But i've closed the game many times after that. Do i still have to retype it? Wont it just start again?

No; the cheats will reset every time you leave the game - you''ll have to turn back on sv_cheats 1 and everything else when you get back. I find that if I'm making custom levels, etc. I like to bind god moda, buddha mode, impulse 101, etc. to keys on the keyboard I don't use during regular gameplay - this beats retyping them all over again.

This is silly, let me simplify it for you, its extremely easy.

sv_cheats 1 - cheats mode turned on!

sv_cheats 0 - cheats mode turned off!

When cheats mode is on all cheats work like...

god
buddha
impulse 101
noclip

Type the cheat in a second time to turn it off. Nothing more to it than that.

Yeah, you can download the Source SDK the development tools used to create Half-Life 2. With that you can create your own levels,however it's very difficult to use.

Well after a while you kinda get used to it and you start to learn it all off by heart. But yeah getting started is pretty damn hard.
