Hi I've tried a quick search on steam & heres forum, but could really do with any advice now, we're talking on MSN and I know how quick answer can flow in HL2.net

He bought a UK copy from Virgin Megastore (I think) and has tried to run the gamebut gets a CD key in use error, im trying to find out if this a steam error or game error, has anyone else heard of this happening. I think i remember reading something once.

Any how, cheers for any help

Bring it back to the store and tell them it doesn't work (which is the truth. the cd-key probably got hacked or something.. somehow :|), and they should give you another copy. Depends on the store though.

just get a crack from gamecopyworld.com,
u dont even have to connect to steam when u install it, so it says i dont know, i got a key
