changed player model but no animes!?

hi ive changed the player model to Barney instead of the grey player model. now when i run the mod its just the ragdoll pose of barney floating around. can anyone point me in the right direction to getting him to use his animations and stuff. ive searched everywhere and cant find anything.

a: not have anims

b: anims for acttable are diff

oh right yeah i just discovered the act things are different so im changing them now.
