Citadel

I just entered the citadel, walked around, jumped off a ledge, and I can see those things going into the blue lazer and getting shocked (i even got in one and got killed) I cant figured out where to go. Where do I go?

One row of them goes there, enter the ones on the left that turn left and avoid the disintergrating laser.
