You just have to watch out for thier secondary fire, not to hard to dodge but i've been hit once when i was on a bridge, ow it hurt.

theyre not really elite at all to be honest they just use the secondary mode on their gun. I was expecting some badass enemy like the female ninja's in HL1

The Look too much like the Ellite Storm troopers from Star wars. Thats the first thing I though of when I saw them anyway.

They take more damage and use tactics far better than the standard soldiers.
