What are the combine offering? it must sound good judith (cant remember her last name) was helping breen. He must have told her, something that sounded good. There has to be more then just the combine want to take the earths resources and use its people. Otherwise I dont see the 2 (breen, and judith) agreeing to anything they have to offer. Breen talks so much bs in the game trying to influence people I cant tell it apart from anything truthfull.
