Competitive Outtimes

I know, that competitive Outtimes have to mean serious but I dont want to wait 7 days every 7th day to get ''unbanned'' cause well my connection is not that good but I'm getting hijacked most of the time. I mean with hijacked, ''ddos''. And plus my whole family uses the internet which means i cant use it well, so i thought I'm writing to you that the Steam Account pxlgm (my account) only gets 1 day outtimes. I never griefed somebody or anybody and I've got kicked out of the game of those laggs. I would appreciate it if you reduce it to 1 day and for the next outtimes just 1 day. Thank you.
