Compiling problem

I lost a map I was creating long ago and now I just found an old version of that map as bsp. I converted the bsp to vmf.. and I see there are some errors.
Would someone please tell me what to remove/edit in order to have it clean so I can keep building it?

The decompile process isn't perfect as you think. The tool you use recreates the brushes, you can never get the original brushes. You have to rebuild pretty much everything. It seems there is a leak in your map, and some invalid brushes.
