Sounds like a nice deal. Though I'd get 2gb instead of just 1. 1gb won't suffice with vista. And if you want to overclock (I assume you do, otherwise that mainboard is pretty much wasted money) you'd be wise to get DDR2 800 with low latency (4-4-4-12).
