http://www.theregister.co.uk/2001/05/31/what_are_those_words/

Apparently, this is a list of words that the top secret american Echelon system picks up when surveilling the web.

I think it's a bit humourus that words like "Flashbangs" and "Halo" are on the list though, people must say that alot on the internet.

You do realize that by posting that list you've now set off every alarm in the country and soon you will be picked up by the black helicopters? :p

I see sex, the letter W, and (I'm not kidding) Bubba the Love Sponge. Elvis is another, along with hope, tax (kind of understandable), Pod, Mexico, and Texas. There are many more if you care to look.

Lol, Bubba the love sponge.

Edit: Face, Pixar, zip, cards, mania, edition, guest, curly.

Last time I tried something like that, nothing happened to me. ;(

So this is what you were babbling on about on IRC.

Pretoria heh its almost petoria

They obviously have no clue... :p They should hire ME to watch over the internet. Not some echelewhatsit...

Yeah, apparently they are only afraid when someone types "kill the president".

So I can grill the president all I want and no-one can stop me!

Also, there's no entry for "hit the president in the shin with a cricket bat and then run away giggling".

Oh, and yeah, I think it works like this (at least it works like this in swedish government and surveillance:

Every word has a certain "score".. Bomb for instance maybe has 2 points. Sex has 1 point, Halo has 1 point. Kill the president perhaps has 6 points. When you reach like 20 or 30 the Echelon system makes extra notice of you..

Well, I probably have around 100 points with the list I pasted :D

hmm, do you think we should place a word from that list in every one of our posts? or would we eventually get arrested for some sort of sabotage :rolling:

World Domination

I went way over the points limit then.

More importantly...

Sinc when was such a shitty food such as "quiche" associated with terrorism?

OH NOES QUICHE BOMBS

Let's change our sigs into words from that list. I agree with Dedalus. Let's get arrested ;)
