well i got a 9600 XT today, and i got the little HL2 coupon but i was wondering since you got the CD-Key legitimately from ATI could you download the game from bittorrent and use the CD-Key you from ATI? and still play online and everything?

I doubt it... most cracked games are done so that normal cd keys don't work.

If your going to download it, download it off steam. I wouldn't trust useing a legit CD-key with a warez game, it would probably steal it.

Great choice! the 9600 is a great card! I's stick with steam, cause If it doesnt work, they will have to fix it or give you another key

well i will if thats my only chioce if i dont want to wait a month to 6 weeks for ATI to send me a physical copy but i dont know if you cant make a back up of it so i wont have to download how ever big the file is. and im pretty sure it will be BIG.

It would be illegal. You have a completely different license aswell.
