Hey all,

I tried to load custom content such as player/gun models and what not, and almost everysingle world model keeps making my game say - "Server enforcing consistency on file ####". I tried to do what the Steam support said and what not, still won't work.. I dont know if there'll be a solution to this since its 3rd party components but.. Maybe someone may help.

Thanks.

You need to delete the custom skins/models. If you don't know exactly where you installed them you should just go to the steamapps/username folder and Delete the counter-strike source folder. This will return everything back to the default settings, and get rid off all the custom stuff. Be sure to back up any custom maps you have downloaded so you don't have to re-download them.

Alright, thanks.. So no hope to play with downloaded content? just.. default weapons then eh?

Yeah, some new thing to help stop hackers. So they no longer allow custom models or skins. Some servers allow it though, but good lucking finding many.
