Create a server? How to do this ??

I am trying to create a CS Source server but nothing is happening.

I click on the CS Source Icon and then click on Create server..I get the options screen up and then I click start (or something like that) and I get a loading screen saying "loading world"..HOWEVER..nothing happens..I have left this for 30 minutes and nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Also ..is it possible to play on the server I create?

the very first time you start a server it takes a while but it shouldnt take 30 minuits if that is happening you might want to get the source dedicated server it is in the tools menue in steam

and open css and open consol and type in connect <your ip> and enter this should work out
