You are on a good track but keep practicing.

And looking at the last picture, work on promportions man! Her arms short!
 
There's no mistaking that you've got the addiction, and you have some great ideas. Teksar advance and escape from D.C strike me as having the best composition/potential.

Take some time and study the human form, at the moment it seems as if you're sacrificing anatomy and something that grounds the characters in reality for sheer volume of work, or activity in a said scene.

Also think about what's going on in the picture, in the assault, why are the choppers being engulfed by what appears to be a massive cloud of debris? I'm assuming it's friendlyfire as it's behind the main characters in this scene, so it begs the question, why are they screwing their own attack helicopters over? It makes no sense.
While we're here, her pose doesn't make that much sense either, and it looks a bit generic, arms on hips doesn't appear to suit her as a character, perhaps arms crossed, or one pointing towards an unseen foe? The latter would improve the image as a whole by further giving the impression of an attack.

Like I said, the composition is fine as far as I can see, but these issues stop the image having any real impact.

By the way, use reference! If you can't find a good reference (make sure you search well, the entire internet is at your fingertips here) then use a 3d modelling program to create the pose you need, and work off that.
