Following in the footsteps of Team Fortress 2, Portal 2, and Dota 2, the Steam Workshop hub for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive now supports the uploading and sharing of merchandise designs. Like all Workshop pages, the community can upload their own designs and share them amongst the community while receiving feedback or support.

Should a design receive enough community interest and pique the interest of Valve and their official merchandise partner WeLoveFine, the product may be manufactured and sold by various online websites or retail stores while also supporting the design's original creator by providing them a percentage of the revenue from every sale.

The Steam Workshop page for CS:GO is already brimming with excellent merchandise ideas, so we expect to see the first batch of community-created products released sometime in the very near future. In the meantime, you may want to head on over to the Valve Store to take a look at some brand new items uploaded early today, including beanies, t-shirts and coats, glasses, phone cases, and more. Happy Shopping!
