CS: Keep Getting Redirected to Different Server

I've been having this problem for a while now. Everytime I try to connect to a server it'll redirect me to a different server. It's usually the same one but sometimes it will change. It seems to be more of a problem with larger servers, occaisionally I'll connect to the right one on a smaller one. But even when there is room on the larger servers (5-12 slots) I'm still redirected. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I used to get this sometimes, Steam would get to Verifying Resources, then go back and connect again and load a different one. Unfortunately I can't be of much help, as it only happened to me a few times on a game I dont play much anymore.

Well, you may try to access a reserved server, where almost all the slots are reserved for certain players and public players can't join.
