Cs:s FPS Problem

3.Pc2700 DDR333MHz 512mb Patriot w/ HS
4.ATI Radeon x800 Pro 256mb DDR3 - (Not using)9700 Pro 128mb
Stock HSF on VGA and Processor

Theres the rig..now

I'm gettign 50 or so maximum... then in battle we hit the 19's....
My mobo only support 4x AGP

I did have a really good config before I formatted, it took everything outta the game...which made it somewhat boring but..I had a constant 80 FPS..If someone could help me out here with some ideas of what too do..or maybe send out a config htat would be great!

Well, single out the mobo. 4x\8x whatever is not the definition of speed for a mobo\video card, I think it has to do with the pipes. Doesn't really make a difference for todays games.

Did you change anything after you re-formatted? And did you make sure nothing is turned on while you were playing?

If you can't:

Make sure you got the latest mobo drivers.

And what was the point of spelling EVERYTHING incorrectly?
