css crashing

Hey all,

ANybody else getting that error message about HL2 has encountered a problem blah blah
Tried everything reload windows css steam new drivers swapped ram. When you look at the error message info it comes up with datacache.dll deleted that no difference
Comp in MSI neo p31 m/b
2.4 2 core due pent
2 gig muskin ram
8300gs MSI Video card
audigy s/c
HELPPPPPP!!!! itd drivin me nuts
