Cut-chapters in Half-Life 2

I have an idea. Why not put the cut chapters into another extra-game? It can be called as Half-Life Special Edition or something like that. Cut-scene in Half-Life:2 like traptown, the habour or the old-style-city17 can be put into a game and deliver into those players who have Half-Life 2. It is not necessary to have any storyline behind this game but it's just for fighting and experiencing what Half-Life 2 originally was. The edition can be given to player via Steam free, so the resource put into those cut scenes won't be wasted. :upstare:
