Day of Defeat v3.1 Crashing.

No idea what could possibly be making it crash, but... it happens during the loading when I join a server.

Error:Failed to load dialog file Resource/UI/ClassMenu.res

I don't have IE7... before anyone throws that at me.
Also, I just tried reinstalling it too.

Actually this happens with pretty much everything Half-Life engine related, except for TFC.
