Dead End In Prison?

I am not yet at what seems to be an upcoming "three turrets" section, but I have moved through a portion of the prison and seem stuck with nowhere to go. Shortly after passing through the cafeteriia I came to some wide stairs leading up to another large room. The door is locked to that room but I could not find any controls in the observation room above it and no way through the little side door at the bottom of the stairs to the observation room. What am I missing? Besides my brain.

I think you may have to jump through a window in the control room. But not totaly sure where you are.

I think you may have to go back a bit! I think you may be at a part where you saw a guard lock himself in a room! there is a controll switch in that room!

Stormy is correct. One of the window panes looking into the room below is broken. You need to crouch jump through. Be ready for a visitor hehehe
