Does Gordon's HEV suit have a helmet?

Title says all. I think it does, because of the Health and Suit screens and the reticle. But some of VALVe's screenshots show Gordon without a helmet.

In HL1, could find dead bodies in helmets in Xen world.So Gordon would be in a helmet too.But the suit itself has no helmet and Gordon never wears one.
