They will announce a next generation console version of Source (created in house at Valve) very, very soon.
Episode One will include support for HDR and the Commentary system introduced in Lost Coast.
They open to selling thier products in as many viable channels as possible. If someday people stop going to stores, they'll stop making boxes.
They still very committed to the PC.
He talks about how successful RO sells.
He talk about how great the PC graphics are and how online business models for PC gaming is "already light years ahead of the consoles"
They have nothing to show in GDC

So I guess that means we will see Half Life 2 or/and Episode 1 for the Xbox 360 soon? Unless they are talking about PS3 which I strongly doubt.
