E3 review

How did you people think of E3 this year compared to last years??

I really wish it was longer though...but then again valve would still be there and HL2 would not be getting finished so, I'm kinda glad it's over.

Any thing about valve giving more info on HL2 soon??

They should also update the offical Half-life 2 site. I believe the high resolution videos are going to be there..I hope.

I don't mean to be a bother but...how long do you expect before the release takes place? I'm guessing almost the same time as the SDK...in about a month.

If I had to compare both videos now, I would say 2004's was better. But 2003's movie was better from the standpoint that we had never seen much about the game until then.

I think it was a lot better then last year, it looks tons better, but i still think it needs to be polished some more, kind of how like Metroid prime was polished beyond measure. So if they need more time i have no problem with it, let them polish the hell out of this game, it will be the 2nd coming.

ya i hope valve takes advantage of their new official hl2 site...hope they dont let it go to waste.

i would like to see the bink versions of the e3 2004 demos available first exclusively on the new official site...would give us all a reason to go there

i want to see the videos from E3 2003 polished to what they look like now. overall, this years E3 was better.

Well they sound pretty close to beta, id say we would have a date within the month, once they hit there next milestone its a slippery slope of hype and advertising to the games release, i think things will be less quiet now at least.
