Email from steam to reset passowrd

Hello,

I forgot my password to my steam account and can not figure out the email steam sends to reset it for you. it asks me to answer a secret question as to what they reset it to last time...well, I have never had them reset it before nor do I even know what a passphrase is. I emailed steam 7 days a go for help here and have still not heard back.

Can anyone shed light on this secret question and this passphrase I am supposed to know what they reset it to?

Thanks. I followed the instux there and still have not heard back. I supplied all my info, cd key, ect and hopefully they will get around to answering me. Its just so silly how the password reset system works with Steam. Get over yourself and make it a little more straitforward. My bank is less difficult to deal with online.
