Enabling Low Violence gibs!

I saw some posts around here dealing with how to disable the low violence gibs, but I was approached by someone who actually wanted them ON.

It didn't take much - basically if you have the Team Fortress 2 low violence.gcf you can extract the models dir for gibs, or the whole content to also delete blood using GCFscape.

Yeah, I think this has been discussed, but no really tutorial. Just people saying this or that to the GCFs.
