error from steam-pkg file

So I downloaded episode 2 on steam, then went to go play it and it says "pkg file SteamUL 202.pkg doesn't exist!" Anyone know what's wrong and what I need to do to fix it. And yes I've rebooted and all that and it doesn't work.
