Error Prop

I have Gmod10 and when I install addons sometimes it shows a red flashing error sign instead of the prop that should be there.What does this mean?

But how did i install the map wrong? I put it in the map folder like the readme said. I dont think there is much more can i do to install it better.

Did you put it in the Gmod maps one or the normal HL2 one? Give us the path.
