I'm sure you all remember the Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 Experience DVD set, which was completely free of charge; and also the Indrustial Partner DVD which was also free. I found a third place on MSDN which allows you to order Windows XP Platform SDK CD's:

They seem to be free of charge too. // EDIT!!11 -> doh, there was a goddamn shipping fee.
Also, don't forget to order free hardback cpu architecture books from Intel:
