I can't seem to find it right now, but yesterday I saw a video on Reddit that was a guy as Spy who managed to backstab EVERY SINGLE ONE of the nine people on the opposite team right at the beginning of a payload match. Only about 2 of them even noticed him.

No idea. I guess I was sure that I'd die quite soon because I knew engineers were coming towards me. A heavy killed me right after the video ends anyway.
I love how the engineer tries to rush to save his sentry gun at 0:29
