Faceposer?

I searched, and couldn't find anything on this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Valve say that they'd release FacePoser, the program used for the facial expressions, along with the SDK? I can't find it, but was mainly expecting it to show up on the SDK Program Launcher List. Is it hidden somewhere else or something? I was just wondering, because I thought that'd be great fun to fool around with.

That's what we all thought but i guess they havn't released it yet... maybe their realising everything in parts this week just to ease the stress on servers maybe
