Fix for Game Not Starting

So I've found a fix, and it is so simple. First off, I don't take responsibility for the fix, I found it at the forums on www.steampowered.com (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=342085)

Just install the newest version of directx, which is 9.0c. My game wasnt even booting up, and it works now!
