How would you get Half Life 2 to display the framrate? I know you have to hit the ~ key but what is the command?

bring down the console, by ` key directly under the Esc key, and type in there cl_showfps 1, the fps show top left of screen. To turn fps off re-type in console cl_showfps 0

1 = On

0 = Off

I actually dont like useing that, it moves far to fast, i type in net_graph 1
its more clear, and not so small.

use cl_showfps 2 to get an average
