Game crashes after loading

I installed the game, i tried starting a new game..and i get the loading screen, and right before it finishes loading, the game just closes.:flame:
i've reinstalled it about 3 times. I dont know what else to do. Just a question...am i supposed to have the files "scene.cache" and "model sound.cache" in the directory?
