An Australian ISP Netspace Online Systems ( http://www.netspace.net.au ) announced the latest addition to Gamespace ( http://www.gamespace.net.au ). Their automated league and clan management system is now available for use giving everyone the ability to organise their friends and clans into many coordinated skilled teams.

To celebrate this Gamespace created two ladder competitions for Half-Life 2 DM and Counter Strike:Source with cash and hardware prizes that total over $6000. An additional cash bonus will be awarded to any winners who are also Netspace customers. Registration for the ladders is open now to all people who have signed up to the Gamespace network, with the competitions commencing on the 15th of January.

All competition details can be viewed on the Gamespace league page ( http://league.gamespace.net.au ). All questions about the system can be posted on the Gamespace forums ( http://forums.gamespace.net.au ).

Half Life 2 DM: Teamplay League 3vs3 - ($3720) ( http://league.gamespace.net.au/index.php?sb_page=league&sec=ladder&action=display&ladder_id=5 )
Counter Strike - Source: Aim League 2v2 - ($2480) ( http://league.gamespace.net.au/index.php?sb_page=league&sec=ladder&action=display&ladder_id=4 )

I dont think they should do cs:s tournaments, only 1.6 :upstare:. Still good work

Nice, that's my ISP. And the CS:S players on Gamespace outnumber 1.6 by about 10 to 1. So it's a better idea to go with CS:S.

It was posted on GS that there will also be a 1.6 league but given the current usage CSS does seem like the more logical choice :)
