Garrys mod LASERS!!!

Hi all. I have just join the forum for this one thing. How do people get there "env" lasers on Garrys mod? I have browsed the web myself to find somewhere to download this item but i can never find it! there are tons of items i have seen on youtube that are not in garrys mod! Someone help plz!!! i want to counter somenones laser with my own when i join sandbox servers!!!

its just a lua mod that you can download yourself. im 100% sure there is at least one of them on the garrymod site.
