Can someone please tell me how to dissable god mode in halflife2, I turned it on and I don't know how to turn it off in the console.

I think sv_cheats 0 would work.

God mode ON

For desactivating the god mode:

god
God mode OFF

to turn off, type
god
again, and to disable cheats again (say for an mp server) type
sv_cheats 0

or you could use buddha, it makes you still take damage but not be able to go below 1 health. it could tell you if you would survive without it. Its pretty cool

yes.

Only glitch is that sometimes, you do die.
I've had buddha on before and gotten crushed or blown up by things and died.
99% of the time though, it works fine.

I've never used "buddha" before- I try to avoid cheats on my first playthroughs but, despite hearing about it, I've never tried it out. Sounds like it'll be very useful for playtesting maps.

You can also type "random fluctuations in space time" (the entry designed for atheists) and instead of dying when hitting zero health, you'll merely be teleported to an entirely random part of the game.

Hmm... I never tried that "Buddha" cheat... I thought it was fake.
