Good Spells?

I'm a custom class and my main skills are:

Block
Blunt
Blade
Heavy Armour
Alteration
Conjuration
Illusion

The thing is, I have gained almost no levels in Illusion and Alteration since I started playing the game, mainly because I don't have any decent spells for those skills. But I have no idea where to buy good spells for Alteration and Illusion. I've been to the two shops in Imperial City, but they're rubbish.

The best Alteration Spell is Open Lock. Even if you don't break into many houses, it is an excellent spell because casting it on a door that is higher than your current skill will still raise your level so can be done infinite times. It also uses very little magic power. It can be purchased from the Khajiit in the Dark Brotherhood, not seen it anywhere else.

A good one for Illusion is possibly an Illumination spell. Same reasons above. Can be cast multiple times with little magic used. Can't remember where I got it though.

I've got 'Open Very Easy Lock', 'Open Easy Lock', 'Open Average Lock' and an illumination one already, I just don't seem to use them very often. Oh well, looks like I'll be running around doing lots of random opening of locks and illuminating. Thanks.

Illusion has a nice Charm spell that's handy for low SpeechCraft users like me

If you perform the recommendation quest for the Mages Guild in Cyndinhal (as short term memory serves me), get a bouyancy spell for free which gives you some time to breath underwater.
