This is not the place to sell your ATi voucher, do that on ebay, if you're even allowed to.

I would but I don't have credit card It's not a catch, I'm simply selling a HL2 Account which I have over. It's called CD-Keys Trading www.keyhunt.com for an example.

It isn't legal.

EDIT: just noticed its your steam account you are selling (as the voucher is registered) so this would probably be illegal, check the fine print somewhere on the steampowered page, or when creating a new steam account.
