r they fightin w/ the combine because look at the guy on the right... its a combine soilder and no1 is shootin him or anything

I'm guessing you mean the one with Alyx shooting the antlion guard. Well the combine always attacked antlions and ant-lion guards in HL2, and they will continue to, so they don't die. But i strongly doubt that after killing thousands of combines and destroying alot of the citadel, they're going to turn to Gordon and say 'forgive and forget eh?' So no, i really dont think so...
