I get a message that the base source shared materials.gcf cannot be verified. I see it in the folder. It has a file size over 400megs, then suddenly it goes to zero. I've read other people having this messages also. The cd is not damaged at all. I've uploaded Steam and registered the cd. A message from Steam states I have to have the product installed. I have read responses from others that I can download the install from Steam. Tell me where is this option , it is not in the Steam window at all.
