Half-Life: Blue Shift problems?

Ok, i just bought the Half-Life 1 Anthology on Steam, downloaded Blue Shift & tried to play it - I can play for the first part: After the tram ride, I've just got the Pistol & I'm heading off in the only remaining direction when I get to the load point (I assume its a load point) it just freezes & after a while I figured it was screwed so I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Delete & it said it wasn't responding.

What do you think is wrong with it?

PS: I can't find Blue Shift support on Steam Powered, can you please please provide a link to it (Assuming it exists)

Have you tried Verifying GCF Cache Files?

I tried it didn't do anything, & why was Steam Powered telling me to rename the Blue Shift folder?

Is there anything else I can do?

They are telling you to rename it because it will force game to re-extract files and maybe that will solve you issue.
