Hammer - textures not showing up

Added all TF2 texture to hammer after running fixvtf, but some of them arnt showing up, mostly 1024x1024 textures.
Any perticular reason comes to mind?

I had the same problem with the Portal textures, they may not show up in the editor but they might in the game.

So hope is not all lost for now
