hard to kill people?

well, it seems to me, that every guy i try to kill, either takes at least 10 arrows, or at least 20 shord swings, im level 14, with the daedric short sword or whatever. is that normal? or does my character stink?

Go to Menu > Options > Game Play > Difficulty Slider (Make it go lower if it's high)

It's funny, I was level 4 and I put the slider to zero, and I killed an entire town with no health potions (Including the guards)

i have it on 50%, so i dont think it should be that hard!

Eh, maybe you DO suck? When I was level 2 I could kill a beggar with 4-6 sword hits, on about 70-80% difficulty.

i dont see how my skill has to apply to me taking 20 hits to kill a person, its not like i do more dmg if im skilled or something. my strength is about almost 60ish and im level 14 or 15, i forgot. is that low? or decent

Well, the skills max out at 100, so I guess it's decent, maybe your just trying to kill strong people? Or maybe that's the way you'll have to play it?

strong people? would heavy armored red guys considered hard? the kind that conjurors summon. and it seems sometimes, vampires with daggers, are ridiculously hard to kill, i dont know why, and the vampire i am refering to is from the main quest line for the artifact, so im sure its not so called tough, when i had hell of a touble with them

I'm level 16 and I put the difficulty slider to just under default, at around 45% and it makes a noticable difference. Once I charge my weapons I'll put it back.
