has anyone found out how to enchant an item yet?

I want to enchant my sword with a spell, but can't find anyone to do it...I can't enchant my stuff on my own so I need someone to do it. Has anyone found a guy to do it? Thanks people.

Also, has anyone noticed you can't sell stolen items to normal shop keepers? In Morrowind, I would go into someones house, kill em, and steal all their stuff and sell it for rediculously high prices, but I can't do that now unless you find a shop keeper that will do it...I think it's at the thieves guild...but don't tell me where the thieves guild is, I would like to find that out on my own. If you would be so kind, you could tell me where to enchant items. Thanks.

To do it yourself you need the enchanting perk and a soulgem with a creatures soul in it. If your dude isn't good enough yet you can go to an enchanter and pay.

Take soul gem, click it add stuffs and enchant.

I know that. What I can't find is the enchanter guy. And spicy tuna, I can't find an enchanter in the University. Is there anywhere around the university?
